Office Assistant

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented with a practical sense and be naturally friendly.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)


  • Previous experience with filing, and other clerical responsibilities.
  • Must have the initiative and ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Must be able to write clear and detailed messages to others and for future reference.
  • Must enjoy working with variety of people and learning new tasks and duties.
  • Handing multi-line phones, switchboard.

*Data entry will be a very important part of this job must have meticulous attention to detail.

*Must have transportation to and from work, reliability is crucial to this position.

The ideal candidate for this position would be going to a College/University and be home for the summer and want to work for a growing company.

*This is a Seasonal part time position

*Work will begin in Mid May and end Mid August
